What is the Collection Progress System?

The Collection Progress System is a tool on our website that allows you to track your cap progress in completing collections in an epic and fun way. Upon completing a collection, you will be rewarded with an exclusive reward that belongs to that particular collection.

 

How are collections categorized?

Collections are categorized by theme. Certain themes, such as Warrior and Ancient Greek, are too large to fit under one badge and are divided into multiple collections. 

 

When is my progress updated?

Your collection progress will automatically be updated after you place an order. First all caps per collection will be grey. Grey means you don’t own the cap yet. When you place an order, the cap your ordered will turn to color. That means that you own the cap now.

Note: past orders will count as well.

What happens when I complete a collection?

When you complete a collection, all caps have turned to color and the exclusive reward will be free for you. We will get a notification and we will send you the exclusive reward. The exclusive reward will usually be shipped directly with your latest order, but depending on the circumstances it may happen that we will ship the exclusive reward to you afterwards.

 

I have ordered Capiche from other platforms, will it count in my collection progress?

Not automatically, because the system is not built to detect that. We can add your orders from other platforms manually into your progress. This may take some time for us to process the data. Please contact us via email to angelo@capichecaps.com   with your order details:
- Order Number
- Which caps
- Website or platform where you bought it
- Date
- If possible a screenshot of your order

 

What rewards will I get for completing a collection?

Exclusive rewards for completing a collection are displayed on the progress page. Click on a badge icon to see the exclusive reward for that particular collection.

 

How will I receive the exclusive reward?

Depending on the exclusive reward, it will usually shipped along with your collection-completing order. However, in some cases the reward will be shipped separately.

Some collections do not show any reward, is that correct?

That is correct. Not every collection is finished yet. As soon as a reward is visible, that means that that particular collection is finished and the collection will remain unchanged from that moment. But if there is no reward visible yet, other caps can be added and the exclusive reward will be visible later when it is completed.

Can I get the rewards of multiple collections at the same time?

Yes, each cap will count in the completion of the corresponding collection. If your order completes multiple collections at the same time, we will ship multiple rewards to you at the same time.

Can I purchase an individual cap from a collection, or must I buy the entire collection at once?

Whatever you prefer. You can purchase the caps separately in multiple orders over time. It is not required to buy the full collection at once.

Will caps that are not part of a collection, never be part of a collection?

Caps can be added to new collections a while after their release date, when there are enough similar caps to form a collection. But most of the times we plan a collection beforehand, so this won’t happen often.

Are there any limitations or restrictions on earning a reward?

Each exclusive reward can be obtained once.
